Miss Cheryl worked diligently to find a home that would suit my needs. I needed a four bedroom multi sectional in a Zone II. I also wanted to choose from the repo models. They stayed in contact with me until my needs were met. Great place to do business with!

Quality Homes of Brookhaven is a rippoff they had me and my husband doing paperwork then took our money kept the money for at least four months thinking we were approved for the home everytime we would call and ask what was going on there was always an excuse.then when we asked for our money back they didn't have all of it we had to get in two separate checks told me that it was in underwriting but we took our money to Vicksburg to c&w with no problems

Quality Homes was AMAZING to work with. They did everything they said that they were going to do. Regarding to the comment below, they told me that the home would be setup and delivered but they are not plumbers, or electricians, and that we would be responsible for hooking up our own water and electricity! There service after the home has been delivered has also been amazing! I would recommend them to everyone, and anyone!

Purchased a used Mobile Home from Quality. I paid extra to have certain things done. When they set the home up none of the piping was finished, electrical wires were not connected. The job was half way done. The associate that I bought home from guaranteed me that I was purchasing a redone Mobile Home and that was a lie. I even notified them of the letter I got stating how if we have any water leaks or electrical problems for 1 year to please notify them and they told me that is not covered.
