One star because they called me back the first day of my first call to them. It was all downhill from there. They have poor communication within the office for reasons other than I state below. The agent set an appointment with me for three days after my call, we spoke the night before the appointment and confirmed the place, date and time. The agent was a no show, I waited 40 minutes past the appointment time. I didn't get any call, text or voicemail, still waiting. My advice, don't connect here at connect one, connect someplace else.
