I brought my Honda in for service a few weeks ago. Initially, I had gotten my car looked at in a nearby dealership, and they recommended several very expensive repairs. I knew exactly nothing about cars, but I felt it important to get a second opinion. That's how I ended up at D&D, and I'm glad I did. As many others here have mentioned, Olaolu is great. I agree - he works with a great shop. I was fortunate to get a bunch of face time with him, and got to inquire as to why the dealership was suggestions 10x the cost in repairs. D&D, and Olaolu, do great work, at a reasonable price, and seem to be more interested in getting your regular business than in getting the most money they can out of you in one shot.

I have been in numerous accidents and have had many cars repaired I have never had a company call and follow up with me regarding a repair. Chante called and made sure that my car was driving fine and that to see if I needed anything else. I loved the way they handled my insurance paperwork and helped me maximize my claim amount. They really held true to their word by making sure that my paperwork was filled out correctly but by making sure that I had no worries. Once they got my car they handled everything else. Even the estimate was wrong from the other place I actually paid less than the original estimate and it allowed me to spruce my car up a little bit

My car had been making a rattling sound and I went to D&D based on all the good reviews they've gotten. Strange took a look at my car, and told me I had extensive rust damage to the underside. He told me the immediate problem was with my muffler and he couldn't really do much about it. He referred me to a guy at and they took care of the problem. Overall, Strange at D&D was extremely helpful, super nice, and very honest and upfront. I will definitely go back and see him if I have any other car issues at 373 mcdonough pky mcdonough ga 30253

Dennis is the man! If you are in need of a mechanic shop that is fast, friendly and honest (Which is a rarity in SFLA), please give Dennis a call. I gave Dennis a call after looking on Yelp. I read the reviews but was still skeptical. He was very warm and nice on the phone and told me to come over. I jumped in my car and turned on the navigator -- Uhn?? This place is the Coral Gables? I contemplated on turning back as I got on 95 and the traffic was stand still yet again. I got there, met Dennis, told him I needed my brake pads changed. He looked at it and told me which one they will be working on but will make sure to check the other one as well. I walked into the reception area and gave the lady my key. I am sure I was in/out in less than 90 minutes. I was very impressed with the swiftness, honesty and level of professionalism. They do offer free WIFI in the reception while you wait on your vehicle. I am glad I took the drive there and will definitely go back there and refer friends!

This is hands down the best collision place in all of McDonough. A lot of places will go out of their way to trick you into buying & replacing things you don't need but Dennis(the owner) is not like that at all. He does great work at fair prices & only charges you for what really needs fixing or replacing. He will give you a free estimate for any installation or repair work. He also has a machine for leak checking & recharching air conditioners low on freon. He has several lifts & can handle just about any automotive task from a simple oil change to a full motor swap. Call them they can help you out and get you out of a car jam

I'm a retired mechanic. After I retired I had gotten a shop to do work on my own car. But I had to let it go I was starting to feel the hurt from all those motor swaps I did back in the day. So one day I was talking to my buddy, He said he found a shop. D&D auto......i was kinda yea yea another shop. "let's see how long this one takes before they see us then try to cheat us out of money" But over time he would keep telling me about the shop and how Dennis the owner of D&D Auto, would give him great prices and have a good turn around on big jobs and I must say after seeing how clean the work was on their website. I went over there myself and started having them do the work on my car. I must say I never thought I would see the day that I let someone else work on my pride and joy. I can't put in word how well the Services are all I can say is go see for yourself. Work I have had done to date by D&D Auto. A/C charge, seals, and heat wrap A/C lines. Extended studs front hubs only. Inner and outer tie rods. Custom race dash. D&D Auto Desman Racing Sound proofing removal.

I am satisified with the services I got from here. My Audi A4s check engine light came on I didn't know what it could have been. I went to Firestone and they charged me $100 for a diagnostic they told me what was wrong but my warranty was over a few months ago so they told me an arm and a leg just to get my car repaired. I went home and searched for auto repair shop around McDonough and found D&D. I went there and I was given an estimate on my cars repair. Within minutes of having my car they hooked it up and found what made my check engine light come on. All it needed was a tuneup like oil change spark plugs changed and alignment. My cars did also tell me it needed that so I should have probly not waited because the results came back bad on that but they got it straight again! 373 mcdonough parkway mcdonough ga is where everyone should go!

Started hearing some rattling noises from my '05 Civic that baffled me. I thought it could be a multitude of problems so I took my car In to see what was going on. I had full coverage on it so the insurance covered my repairs since it wasn't more that what my deductible was and anything I paid for I sent them a receipt and they sent me a check for what I paid. They popped the hood and got to work. Within 10 minutes, they advised me what the problem was and my options. I ended up having a crack in my exhaust manifold. They rarely did any work with exhaust manifolds but they were able to take care of my car no questions asked. I had ordered a new one from E bay and it got there within the week. I got a rental car through my insurance company. Everything went smooth.

2 months ago I purchased a Jeep and was ready to make some customizations. I heard D&D Kustoms was the best, so I was excited to head there! Upon entering D&D i was not greeted by the Assistant Chanti (I believe her name is) until I said hello, she asked what I was there for and I very specifically told her, I proceeded to fill out the general form while she did something on her cell phone, then stepped out to get the Vin off of my car. She came back and begin to slowly entered my form into their computer and stepped away to call some one out the back, he came up to complete the form (I don't know his name because he never greeted me, looked at me or addressed me even when i was speaking to him) Chanti stated oh she has a cherokee and she wants the back bumper painted, LOL which was not what i told her about two times by now. I corrected her and they both said ok, he proceeded to create the quote on their computer and still did not enter everything i requested, after saying it three times. He then stepped outside came back in and retrieved a woman out the back, they both went outside and I don't know her name because she never greeted or said anything to me. After thirty minutes he tells me they can't do it because it would cost to much, cost was never an issue and after spending 30 minutes here it wads a waste.



Then he proceeded to say I should just buy the parts i wanted to customize instead on getting them painted, if i COULD do that i would not be here smh. Although this is very possible because I know plenty of Jeep owners and have seen plenty with what i was asking. I would never go as far to say they are the best because to be the best your customer service has to be up to par.

You hear about shops trying to...

You hear about shops trying to rip people off all the time but this is not the case with this shop. I went to D&D because I had some rear end damage and damage to one of my back doors. Well, right off the bat you could tell that these guys know what they're talking about. They answered all my questions (and I had a few lol) answered without hesitation. The staff was so friendly they put me at ease. I think this is really one of the best experiences I’ve had with a repair or collision shop.

After much research, I decided...

After much research, I decided to take my Ferrari F355 to D & D to have the front resprayed to fix the typical road rash and to also have a repair done to the front bumper. Dennis and KB were very knowledgable and courteous...a first class operation!  And the results were stunning!  Paint was perfect, repair was perfect....more than I ever imagined!  The best the car has ever looked : ). Thank you D & D for the great service and for taking such great care of my "baby". I'll definitely use D & D for any future painting and repairs I may need.  Great business to work with!
