Tim and Epic Bikes are the only people I will buy a bike from. Having been a mountain biker most of my life I was a little intimated by the whole road bike scene. Tim took his time to explain all the facets of cycling and how to select a bike. Once I bought my road bike it was like I joined a family. Tim and the staff at Epic Bikes take the time to explain everything and offer advice when needed. Even if I just have a question about a bike or cycling in general, Tim and the staff at Epic take the time to answer it. The service and sharing of knowledge is so much appreciated that I bought a new mountain bike this year, and I bought my son his first real mountain bike. When it came to my son, Tim spent a lot of time fitting him on the right bike and making sure my son knew what to do. When we left the shop my son felt confident that he could "ride like dad". Epic offers everything you could need for your cycling experience, from clothing to bike accessories to nutrition needs. Do yourself a favor, if you are looking for a bike, don't go any where else. If you buy from Epic you will not only get a bike, you will become part of a family.

Epic Bikes is excellent! Each of the guys at the shop: Tim, Eric, and Steve are all extremely knowledgeable and great to work with! I was greeted promptly when I came into the shop and I explained what I was looking for. They helped me find the best bike to suit my needs and budget, without any pressure to buy! Each of the guys took plenty of time with me and made me feel like I was their only customer (even though they were quite busy). The day after I bought my bike (Specialized Carve Pro), Tim called me to make sure that everything was okay with the bike and that I was fully satisfied. That's true customer service!



A couple of weeks after my great experience with them, I came back with my wife to find a bike for her. They treated her the exact same way as me, and helped her find the best bike for her needs. They remembered exactly who I was, and asked how things were going with my bike, and what types of rides I had been on. We ended up getting a bike for my wife and we walked away feeling that we had been cared for beyond the call of duty.



The service at Epic Bikes is superb! They are truly passionate about what they do, and they let you know that you are their #1 priority! Hats off to Tim, Eric, and Steve for continually doing a great job and running a great shop! Thank you!

I purchased a 2012 Stumpjumper Comp 29 from Epic. This is my 2nd bike but by far my best experience--from purchase to riding. Tim measured and sized me for the bike and related equipment. He spent 4 hours with me explaining the bike, its features and then assisted me with the purchase of a helmet, shoes, pedals and gloves. To ensure satisfaction, Tim insisted I take several rides to test the bike and equipment. Committed to continued satisfaction, Tim then called after the sale. While Specialized made the bike worth every dollar, Epic made the buying experience. I highly recommend Epic to anyone looking to purchase a bike or needing service. While there are other Specialized dealers closer to me, it is worth the 50 mile commute to Epic as Tim, the mechanics and all his staff are extremely competent and friendly making it worth the drive.

I moved to the area and stopped in while shopping for a new bike shop. These guys where great, the shop has a very rider driven atmosphere and not "sales" only pressure the minute you walk in the door. Actually did'nt try to sale me on anything, I was imedately welcomed and invited to there many different group rides. I was very pleased and surprised with my first visit so being new to the area, I started riding with them and they showed me the ropes to the area. I had talked with Tim and Michael about sadlel discomfort and the told me about the Specialized saddles and Bike Fit technology. After they explained what proper saddle design/size and bike fit could do, I scheduled a BG 3d bike fit and Toupe saddle. Wow! you truly have to witness for yourself what a professional bike fit can do along with the proper saddle. The first time out on the new setup was impressive, I rode 40 miles like it was nothing, with no break in time required. I actually cruised down the at a faster speed everywhere, with more comfort and in a more aggressive postion to boot. I feel like a pro now. Thanks Michael and Tim. I highly recomend these guys, I got lucky that I finally found my bike shop.
