I have been getting my haircut at this location for 7 years now and the most recent was the worst experience. I was happy with the cut but the customer service was awful. My hairstylist was Pam. She kept telling the customers she didn't know how long the wait was and seemed annoyed by them. She kept complaining how the girl that was doing hair color was lazy. At checkout she charged me $37 for a $23 service that was listed on the board. She said they charge for the shampoo and cut even if you don't get a shampoo and for extra length. umm don't you get a haircut to get rid of extra length? Totally disappointed. Have to find a new hair salon now.

Everyone I've seen in this salon gives cheerful attention and service. At another shop, the lady shaved my neck even though I'd told her - no shaving (female client).

People pay attention to what you ask for.

If Chelsa is there, she gives a great cut, and acts like she cares that she has your business. The other stylists do a good job, but, with my thick wavy hair, Chelsa is especially professional.
