This is absolutely the worst water company ever. My bill is typically $50 and now they are sending me $80 bills even though there has been no increase in water usage. Contacted the company and they claim after 2 attempts that someone was sent to ck if there was any leaks. Of course there was none. All of a sudden, I move from 1000 gallons of consumption on average to 4000 gallons per the company. This is completely inaccurate and false. This company assumes consumers are not smart enough to identify when they are being ripped off. Because there is no competition in the area they believe they can rip off consumers. Worst Company

For the past two month I have been over charged for water that was not been used. My first invoice was over $70.00 and my usually billing is between $30-$40.00.I called to find out why, since there is no one home during the days, I perform the kool-aide test and there is no water leakage. One of their service man came out the next and confirm that there was no water running in the house. However, my second invoice was the same amount from the previous month; which now confirm my first question. Why is my bill so high. In addition, there was no one home for one week and yet I was still bill the same amount from the previous month $71+ amount billing. Something is clearly wrong.. I was also told by Gail to read the meter, the plumber came and also did a water leak-check and still no water running, and I failed to see why Gail wanted me to read the meter which is digital, and why should I do someone else's job when I am paying for services.
Stop over charging your customer HCW, we only stay with you because there is no other water company around and customers should not have to pay for water they do not use

I tried paying my bill on line and was charged an additional $2.00 fee, don't know why I am paying so much?

Don't ask to speak to a supervisor or mgr they won't come to the phone. Makenzie, Lisa and Keith don't care about service I paid my past due plus a little and in Jan and they cut me off in Feb with my payment not even reflecting. Everybody has a boss though and I will keep reaching out.

This water co is a joke, you think $50 reconnect is bad try that plus $100 deposit for a bill that was $38, and my father has had service with them 20+ year's!!

Most awful customer service I've ever experienced! When I called to set up a payment I was treated like a criminal because I didn't have all of the account information. I wish there were another water provider in the area, I'd switch to a different company.

They disconnected my service for$78 and tagged a $50 reconnect fee to my bill. I have been making regular payments and have been a customer for over three years now. They close at five pm so now we have to wait to tomorrow to get our services restored. Not happy at all,
