Provided by YP.comI took my daughter in on 2/12/16 to have her hair pressed. Let me say this was the worst decision that I could make. This establishment was very unprofessional and I should have followed my first mind and just left after I was greeted so unfriendly when I walked in. The owner was very rude and my daughter was in tears when she left as her head was in pain. Her scalp was burnt from the heat with clumps of whatever they used in her head . I have never seen anything like this before in my life. I had to wash her hair the next day to remove the clumps. My daughters head was literally sore. I agree with another rater that they spoke Spanish and talked about people which was very rude. I and my daughter are familiar with Spanish. All these people are concerned with is money. It was near closing so they were just trying toget us out of there. I paid $45 for a mess. I urge anyone to stay away as this was the worst experience ever. Take your money to s place that values the customer and cares.

Provided by YP.comExcellent service! I started going to this salon around Jan 2013 and I don’t have a single complaint. No long waits, not at the salon all day, hair feels and looks great, prices are reasonable, and staff is very helpful with how to care and treat your hair. I am so pleased with this salon; I had them do my hair, my mother’s and bridesmaids’ hair for my wedding. We looked fabulous! Thank you ladies!

Gio, the owner is such a sweet and caring person who care a great deal for her customers and their hair. I have been going to this place for over a year, since I have gone natural. Thank you Gio & the staff at La Bella Dominican Salon for providing great services to me & my family.

Provided by YPmobileWell first I would like to point out that those other views are more than likely from the same group of people seeing the dates on them and how they are all 5 stars. On a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest I give them a 0. They were completely unprofessional and lazy. They didn't know I spoke Spanish when I walked in so they were talking about me like a dog. Complaining about me making their work harder by not getting a texterizer even though I was the only person in there. They kept going on about how they didn't want to work hard to straighten my hair, so I mentioned that I only needed it straight and so that they could clip my ends. After that they realized I could understand what they were saying and switched me to the stylist that was talking the least crap. What takes the cake was the owner of the establishment. I asked my stylist a question about my hair but she played stupid like she didn't understand so I had to relate to the owner. This woman referrer to me as a "Punta" in every sentence during the whole translation and smile on my face like it was nothing. Then got on the phone with her husband and continued to talk her mess. The only reason I did not go off in there was the fact that there were three of them and only one of me. I know people from underdeveloped countries can be very violent I didn't feel like being a stabbed with a rusty knife. My advice to anyone who wants to go there would be know a little Spanish and carry mase.

Provided by YP.comAfter a friend stumbled across La Bella Dominican Salon in McDonough, GA and had rave reviews, as well as gorgeous hair, I decided to give them a try. Six months later I am here every other week getting my hair styled along with my daughter. We both have received the Keratin treatments and our hair looks & feels like spun silk! The products used are top line, the service and ambiance are top notch, and the prices are affordable and in line with the service you get. I recommend anyone who wants beautiful, healthy hair to at least give owner Gia and her staff a try. You will not be disappointed!
