Boy these folks even slid further downhill I could deep fry my sock and it would taste better! First off the pice I got had skin that was tough as gravel the crispy stuff outside of chicken was hard enough to make you break your teeth if you're lucky enough to get past the tough skin then your treated to chicken that's so dry it's like eating a roll paper napkins!

Also in the past I've often had experience incorrect/missing items, If you decide to go to this location please use caution and make sure your order is correct before you leave I know it shouldn't be required to do this but this is what you have to do if you don't want to go home and find out your order was incorrect!

I love Popeye's when we lived in Memphis we would drive to Jackson TN for Popeye's Chicken. This is the worst Popeye's I have ever been too. Customer service is non-existent. I went in tonight about 8 PM 3 people were behind the counter and I was the only customer looking to order. They were just BSing and after about 5 minutes of waiting to order I finally gave up, interrupted their conversation, and told them that their service was awful and that the manager should be fired for not doing his or her job. Not going back to this location.

I went there tonite and they were so rude and the green beans were so salty we couldnt eat them when I went back up there they were still rude and didn't want to make it right I will NEVER EVER go there again! This was the worst popeyes I have ever been too

I waited forever for this Popeyes to open and this is the worst spot. Lack of customer service is the problem and it doesn't seem to be getting better. I would rather go back to driving to Stockbridge to get my chicken. This is sad where as I live 2 minutes away from the McDonough restaurant.TERRIBLE!!!

Their customer service is non-existent. I didn't even get to order to try any food because of how rude & disrespectful they were! They need to fire the ENTIRE staff a.s.a.p.!

Since they built a new chicken place near me and I love chicken I decided to try it. Everyone raved about how good Popeye's chicken was and now I could see for myself. Well I was ok with the chicken and the biscuits were fairly decent but I am a southern girl and a stickler for those side dishes. To me they make a meal worth it. To my surprise none of them were good; as a matter of fact they were down right disgusting. How can you mess up green beans so badly? They were some kind of odd soupy mess that tasted like left over gravy and beans mixed together from that Aunt who can not cook and always insists on bringing the dish to Thanksgiving. The onion rings and fries were horribly greasy and the added heat made it worse. The mac and cheese was like someone cooked the noodles till they fell apart and they dumped a can of that imitation cheese sauce in it. Horrible. The cole slaw was so so but not worth the trip, and you would think corn on the cob would be easy; no this was tasteless and dry. I am not a fan of rice and beans or jambalaya so I didn't try those but after this I will not be going back to try anything. Live and learn. My experience with Popeyes cost me a ton of cash and an upset stomach. I recommend if you want just chicken and biscuits then this is ok..but if you want a real meal complete with good sides- find another chicken house; this one does not meet this southern girls standards.
