 Rebuilding Lives Workshop, Inc is excited about changing lives through this non-profit. We do computer workshops that help people gain skills they were lacking or not efficient in. Excel, Word, Publisher, Access, Quickbooks, and many others.

Counseling services that help the client move forward in life. Sometimes people become stuck in current and past circumstances and can no longer cope with life. We help with self-regulation by teaching the client new coping skills and conflict resolution. Sometimes a person is telling self negative things that keep them from being able to change. We can help the client understand what they believe and see if those beliefs are actually true or false. There may be an exception to that belief. Find dysfunctional thoughts and change them. Create positive self-talk techniques. We can show the client how.
