Great family friendly atmosphere

I am in this store at least 2 or 3 times a month. I have never had an issue either donating or buying. They have always been pleasant .

I called to find out about the types of assistance they offer and the man that answered was down right rude. He acted as if I was bothering him. He was no help at all.

We were able to get beds for our children with the help of Erica today. She was absolutely amazing, as were the gentlemen who helped us load up the mattresses and box springs. These people really do care. Thank you again Erica.

I have always had a good experience at the McDonough store. Of course, I get out of my car and make sure what is taken out of my trunk is what I am donating, especially if there are items that should not go. The employees are friendly and the store is neat and clean.
