I love grilling out and I get my tank filled there all the time. Its so nice dealing with such a sweet and courteous person as the lady working there. I have already recommended your company to my friends and family. Thank you for treating me with respect.

The lady here at the McDonough location was very helpful and very nice. She was able to help me with everything I needed. My experience was great and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Had to use them for my grandmother who needed a tank refill quickly because her normal place forgot about her. The other company she used couldn't help her until a few days later. The lady that works at Spalding in McDonough was so nice and understanding and although it was last minute and not to far from closing she was able to help us so my grandmother had hot water. We will not use them every time.

My wife and I recently purchased a beautiful set of gas logs from there. We liked the selection and prices. The entire process from the lady in the office to the technician that installed them was very pleasant.

Because of their broken gauge to read the amt of gas left in the tank, I spent one whole week w/o heat during the 6 degree winter we had a couple yrs ago. After finally coming out, I assumed they would have changed it out at the same time but the driver never got the message and just filled it up again!!

Rudest girl I have ever tried to deal with works here at the Racetrack location. She had me in TEARS begging for heat.

The previous home owner was the account holder with Spalding gas. They advised SG they had sold the property and requested a refund on any unused gas in tank. SG then removed the regulator until which time the new home owner could contact us to establish an account in their name. Unfortunately, the new owner chose not to become a SG customer because he wanted the gas that was in the tank which had already been refunded to the original owner.

Sorry excuse for customer service or business practice....(Example) less than 12 hours after being contacted about a leased tank on new house we bought, our regulator was removede before we were ever giving the chance to set up an account. Very, very rude from first second of them call me...You should Never Never us this Company!!!!!
