My children attended Towne Square Academy for 3 years with no problems. The teachers and staff are loving and they go out of their way to help with parents concerns.

This is very disappointed to me they don't teach your kids anything but play time the management and is not friendly and they just like to receive your money once a week so parents please do your research before you enroll your child

As an ex employee I would not recommend this place. I quit on my 2 week. They are careless and rude when it comes to the children and their parents. When I was hired they didn't ask for any personal identification, background check, or drug test. All the kids are sweet as can be, and got treated poorly there. I was switched from room to room after each age group finally got used to me. Teachers would spank the children. They wouldn't change their diapers for hours. I've seen multiple teachers knock children down. This one 4 year old is partially deaf and they treated him so poorly. Children are left alone and are left to cry. Very unprofessional. Not to mention is been almost a month since I've worked there and still haven't recieved my paycheck.

This daycare is a great place. My children have been going their for three years. The center has great teachers and a great administration. This place feels like family and I highly recommend this to any parent looking for quality care. Go by and see for yourself.

My children have been going there for about seven and a half years; starting at 2 1/2 y.o. They thoroughly clean the rooms when empty. The teachers and the owner(s)( there were 2) care for the kids. Their busses are checked 3 times to confirm no kids are left behind. The kids are kept clean. No one is allowed to visit in the nursury (babies and non-toddlers) to keep it germ free. They plan outings and have the kids do interesting, mind-growing projects. They even offer swimming lessions during the summer. They are the only people I trust with my children. I believe the negative comments below are from disgruntled, previous employees or from some close competition who are hurting from their own bad management and reputation .

This daycare is AWESOME... the reviews I see are from several years ago, before I brought my son to Ms. Amber in the walker room, so I believe there might have been issues with the staff who was there back then. My little boy had a bit of a battle with seperation anxiety & Ms. Jill at the front & Ms. Amber both were so responsive to both him AND me (since it did make me feel terrible to leave him upset!). The teachers here love the kids like they are their own & I have sent my sister over (she's having a baby in May!) to them so that my niece will have the same awesome care that my little guy does!!

Town Square Academy is not a reliable place to have your child taken care of. I could NEVER count on the teachers to wipe my kids face or wash his hands. Huge mistake leaving your precious little one in the hands of these people!!

As a former employee I would NOT reccomend this daycare. Teachers hang out in the hall way, even the older teachers gossip and talk on there phones, which is funny because if any of the younger teachers were to do this, they would be fired! Screaming babies is a daily thing, and most of the time the owner puts only one young teacher with a large class of up to 20 children. The ower has always seemed so rude to me and i have seen her be rude to parents from time to time. The owner lets her daughter work at one of her facilities and ofcourse, she gets to leave when ever she wants, talk on the phone, and basically do everything everyone else CAN'T do. This place is just a mess..from the drama to the actual childcare.

I also had issues with this daycare. My child was not there very long. When I brought my problems to the staff, nothing happened. When I brought my issues to the owner, I was told I was a nusseance and I should make that day my child's last day! We leave our children with people in hopes we can trust them and our child is being taken care of, not that it is a hassle for them to have to take care of our children. I would NOT recommend this daycare to anyone.

My child attended Towne Square, and I had MAJOR problems with them the whole time. I should have called the state so many times, but I didn't want to have to make my child move again. There is a HUGE HUGE HUGE biting problem, and rather than deal with the issue, the owner would rather remove the child that is getting bitten. The owner is very rude, and the staff is either very young or more concerned with their personal lives. I often came in to see everyone hanging out in their classroom doorways instead of in their rooms focused on children. If you have an issue with your child's well being you better just keep it to yourself or you might be asked to take your child elsewhere! The teachers are very nice, but care to socialize more than anything. Its not uncommon to see babies screaming and a teacher on a phone or talking to another teacher.

This daycare had very caring and fun teachers. The children are always learning something new and exciting. The director always makes a point to talk to you as do all of the teachers. They are always smiling and willing to assist you in any way.

They are a very caring and professional daycare center.
