Terrible company. Paid up front for service ! 3 weeks had me putting out trash wrong day. Then tells me i owe a late fee for service i paid for up front !

Absolute worste waste company I've ever dealt with. I'm constantly being skipped even though I pay my bill. Trash piles up at my house because I can't ever get anyone out here to get it. Their customer service reps are uncaring and unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Web Site hard to navigate. Customer service is poor is a computer automatic voice. If you are lucky enough to get a live person they have no room to actually help you.
