I am so disappointed with Wayfair. I took off work today because I was giving a window of 10-2. I received a call saying the drivers wererunning behind and would be here between 2-3. I spoke to the the driver gave him directions to my home and a few hours passes and he never showed. I called him and he said he will call back. I have been trying to reach the driver Sean from Philly (that’s what he told me because he was not familiar with the area but the other driver was). I kept trying to call and he kept sending me to voicemail. I tried 1 more time he answered and then hung up in my face. I spoke to a manager name Austin at the customer service number and all he could offer was a discount. All
I wanted was my delivery TODAY so I don’t have to take off work again.
This is so unacceptable and I WILL NEVER ORDER anything else from this company
BTW on my end it show that my items were delivered but they were not. I will be contacting an attorney if I am charges for something I never received
