My sister returned a trumpet that we had rented I had an outstanding balance on this item, when my sister returned and she was not aware of this, the lady that is part owner in the store was ugly to my sister and told her that the money needed to be paid my sister told her that was between me and the people that financed the instrument. The lady owner then in turn told my sister I sent her up there with the trumpet so I could get out of paying. First of all she broke the privacy act law be discussing my finances with my sister and she was not customer service friendly. I noticed this when she was rude to my other son that went with me to rent the trumpet. She scolded my son for touching the case. I told her that was not needed and I would take care of him she told me that it was her place to inform the siblings they are not allowed to touch the instrument or the case. I told that is fine but she need not do it in that way and the parents are here for a reason. I am a parent that will let my children know when they have done wrong. I would not suggest this store to any one I know maybe they would like to go to one of the other stores they have but I would not deal with the one in Stockbridge anymore I am so glad my son is not in band anymore.
