Emily, the owner did a great job on my hair, but then she ruined the entire experience by cheating me with the bill. I had a double prices done, her prices listed $75, she charged my $95 on my bill. She then told me she had a conditioner I HAD to have on my head and told me it would only cost $15, she charged me $25 on my bill. She then said I HAD to buy this tiny bottle of conditioner, so I said "how much? ", she told me $25 and charged me $29. Then to add insult to injury she added a 20% tip for herself on TOP of the product. My total bill came to $204.00!!!!!!! I've NEVER paid that much in a salon,even a high end salon and this is a tiny salon that nobody goes to! In the 3 or 4 hours I was there, NOBODY came in or showed up. It was dead. That should have been my first clue. And The ONLY thing she didn't overcharge me for was the haircut. Other than that, she was dishonest and unethical. When I confronted her on the bill, she refused to refund me for the overcharges and apparently, the money was Wirth more than my continued business. If you don't want someone to steal from you, don't go here. This woman is a thief. How foolish of her. She could have had a great client for years to come.
