Paid 26.95, then the dry down techs said I had to pay them to wipe down the door jams and dashboard. I told then that was included and they said no it wasn't! Truck is still dirty, completely aggravated, this was the last time I will ever go, I paid for the Ultimate and they tried to rip me off! -1 star if possible

I got their most expensive package. I own a 2009 black ford mustang gt. They did everything inside and out but did it with minimal effort. They polished up the car but left it with more swirls than what it started out with. Interior still had debris between the seats and the back window was untouched from the inside. Also, everything was left extremely greasy inside. The owner said that it's how it's supposed to be, to look good. I felt like it was unsafe though as my steering wheel was really slippery. I paid over 200.00 for a mediocre job I felt I could have done myself. They didn't offer anything to make it right and just said they would discuss it with their personnel. Look around to actual detailers instead, they know what they are doing and are priced about the same if not better.

Was pregnant and wanted to get my car cleaned before I had the baby. Armor All was completely left on all the leather making it literally slippery to drive on the steering wheel. Had a black stripe from rear bumper all the way up the the hood of the car and waxed into it. When I went to complain, they did NOTHING and had their guys out there trying to buff it out, but it was already 'waxed in'. TERRIBLE!!!!! Doherty the owner did NOTHING.

I went to Fast Eddies today and purchased the Ultimate car wash which was the most expensive one they sold. The person who sold the wash to me stated they would do the tire in Armerall the tirs and clean the white walls. I did not check the car close enough when they told me it was done. I went home and looked the car over and noticed they did nothing to the tires. I called the manager right away and was put on hold of over 6 minutes. I had to hang up and call them back and the manager then got on the phone. He apologized but did nothing to make the situation OK. He stated he would get on his guys but did not make any offers to redo the tires. Needless to say I was very disappointed and will never go back to Fast Eddies again. I would recommend you avoid this place and if you do not, make sure to check your car before you leave.
