I just can't say enough great things about Gypsy Glen K9 Kastle, owned by Kathy Reiland and her daughter, Margaret. I have two thirteen year old JRT brother's. Both have serious issues. One mental anxiety and the other physical/health issues. I have been a client for many years and the care that both my boys receive is certainly THE best of any other kennel I have ever boarded at. Each dog receives personal, individual attention according to their needs. I have never seen anything like it before. Kathy and Margaret go above and beyond to make sure my dogs are well cared for, fed well, and that they feel safe and secure. Both my dogs love going there and when I drop them off there is absolutely no anxiety from either of them. It is truly their home away from home. The personal care my special needs boys receive is royalty IMO. Kathy even called me a couple of times to report on how Wilbur was doing - the one who has the failing health - because she knew how worried I was to leave him. She always has great suggestions of supplements to try and knows so much about holistic care of dogs too. I have great respect for her knowledge and trust her and Margaret completely. When my boys get home, they are not exhausted, wiped out and comatose from the stress of being in the kennel like they were before I used Gypsy Glen. In fact, I don't even call it a kennel. It is SOOOOOOOOOOO much more than that - I call it my dogs camp/spa get-a-way. I wish all doggies could have such great care when their owners go away. I was SO worried about leaving my older, ailing dog, Wilbur and I could not believe how well cared for he was upon my return. Even Henry, who has the debilitating anxiety issues, was just as happy as he was when I dropped him off. I really believe that my dogs truly enjoy their stay with you!!!!! It is so obvious by their attitude when they get dropped off and when I pick them up.THANK YOU SO MUCH - KATHY AND MARGARET!!!!!!! Seriously, you have THE best doggie camp ever. Our pugs have been going to Kathy and Gypsy Glen for a few years now. We know that when we drop our dogs off, they are in good hands. Kathy and the staff are great and take good care of the pugs and can be trusted 100%! We have moved out of the area but still drive over an hour to bring our dogs to Gypsy Glen. We have no desire to switch kennels and the hour drive is a small price to pay to know our dogs are so well taken care of. Thanks Kathy!

My dogs (and I have four) have been staying with Kathy and staff for at least five years now. I cannot say enough about the excellent one-on-one care they give to my dogs. My dogs are never anxious when I leave them and when I pick them up (which is the real test) they are happy to see me but not in a crazy way, like "get me out of here" fast. Also, when they get home they act normal and don't have to sleep it off for two days like they used to have to do from the "other" place I used to take them. I feel confident that they are safe and comfortable. Kathy and staff treat my dogs like they are their own and that is everything I could ask for.

Dogs love coming here. Every time we come dogs 'take me" too their regular boarding section of the kennel. Kathy/staff feeds my special diet I bring for my Standard Poodles.If you forget a toy at home. They have new toys you can buy for them. Book dogs reservations early. I call Gypsy Glen before I make my vacation reservations !

This kennel is a great place for family pets, there is a amazing 24 acre lake my dog swam in for hours with the staff at gypsy glen.
