I went here twice. The first time, I had an excellent experience. Everyone was extremely kind and accommodating and my hair looked great! So I decided to go back about 2 months later, and it was a nightmare. I made an appointment for my friend and I to get hair feathers. When we showed up, Brit rudely asked if we were there for feathers and rushed us, saying she had another appointment waiting. It was extremely unpleasant and quite frankly awkward because she was pushing us along to get her other appointment. She ignored us as we paid and moved right on to her other client. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back again.



And, my feathers fell out after three days!
