My father visited their office as he is a snowbird who lives have of the year in Las Vegas, NV and half of the year in WI and IL area
These people never bothered to pick up the phone and call my father regarding a very small bill, that he would have just paid over the phone, but rather sent the most obsurd and nasty letter.to his Las Vegas address.
This is just lazy staff members and it sounds like other reviewers agree with me that the dentist might want to change his staff.
I will call them in the morning and pay this less than $75.00 for my father. I just don't know if such incompetent staff will post it correctly. I would hate to see how they keep patients records. And when they finally called me back her reply was I have 100's of patients and there is no note in the file. Okay so is my father responsible for this note!

Dr. Jenna and Dr. Busch are my favorite dentist in McHenry. Going to them is a family tradition.

We have been going to this office since I was a child and now my kids are going there.

Dr. Jenna, Dr. Busch, Lynne, Mary, Brenda, Carolyn and Kelly. Thank you for always been there for us!
