My furnace went out on one of the coldest days in winter. McHenry Heating and Air was there for me immediatley. The girls in the office were so helpful and compassionate. The technician was professional and kind. They put in a new furnance at a great price and I have not had any issues since! - They also replaced my airconditioner. I Really trust this company.

Mchenry Heating and Air is by far the best around from the great customer service in the office to the knowledge of the techs and the owners. By far the best service, would recommend this company to everyone!

McHenry Heating and Air installed a humidifier for me on 11/13/13. From the gals in the office getting me the information I needed to choose the proper equipment to the wonderful technician that did the install I was not only very satisfied with the company as a whole but was also impressed at the quality of work. Thanks everyone, I'll definitely be calling you for my future needs and referring you to my family and friends!!

The customer service was delightful. I really like how they answer their phones 24/7 at strange hours. The guys are clean when they come in and very nice.Good job guys! Thank you

When I called I was able to get help quickly. Having two young kids and no heat is not a fun situation to be in. The tech was able to get everything fixed and up and running in no time! So wonderful!!!

These guys were great. My furnace went out at 10:30 P.M. (in Johnsburg, IL). I made several calls to other companies and they were the only company to answer my call, no voice mail and no 3rd party answering service. They walked me through checking a few things for myself before sending someone out, which was nice. Overall, a good experience considering the circumstances!

Great, fast, inexpensive service. They had a tech out the same day. They had all the parts on the truck. Tech was courteous and clean. Would definitely recommend them to people in the area.
