I had a great experience at Mars Supply. Immediate friendliness. I told the guy what part number I needed and he got it for me in a jiffy. A $25 part. He respectfully asked me out of curiosity why I was under the impression that I needed that particular furnace part. I told him that I did some internet searching. He was about to ring it up and I started describing the issue my furnace was having. He paused and told me that what I was describing sounded like a problem caused by a different part. An $11 part. He told me that he would absolutely sell me the part that I requested, but he was feeling very strongly that it was the other part. I decided to trust his expertise. I got home, installed the part, and my furnace works better than ever. He could have just sold me the more expensive part. What kind of business opts to do the right thing? Maybe that's how these guys were able to stay in business for 116 years!

What else can I say but Bruce ,honest helpful advice. I had a question and he did not hesitate to help, and yes it works! Kathy

Mars Supply , are very honest and have your best interest at hand , they have many years of experience and are very knowledgeable , this company also deals with many companies so they have good advice if you need something where they can't help , it's valuable knowledge.........

Sitting on my patio waiting for my house to get down to a bearable temp I can't thank these guys enough. Long story short, my blower went and not only did I get a lower price than anywhere online Bruce took his time to give me an abundance of advice to help with the proper installation.

I hope it will be a long time before something else needs repaired but if it does I won't hesitate to stop there again. Will be stopping in just to thank them for their help.

Needed an 11x7 chimney brush which No local big box or hardware stores carried in stock. Mars had it at a very reasonable price. Excellent service, very pleasant and knowledgable. Gave me useful tips on my DIY chimney sweeping project. Highly recommended business for anyone in need of HVAC products or equipment

Gentleman working was very knowledgeable about the product (capacitor for central air) I was needing and was happy to assist me with it. He also took the time to show me that the numbers on the old and new matched and gave me a few pointers on replacing the part once I got home. Very friendly atmosphere and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Needed a gas valve for a furnace. Called Mars company and gave them the model number. The part came in early the next day. Installed the part and all is good. Very knowledgeable and Reasonable. I'll be back for sure. I highly recommend them for any parts you may need.

Not knowing much about what I was working on... The furnace company wanted $897 for two parts to fix a furnace and wanted to replace the furnace for $4200.00. Went in to talk to these gentlemen. They helped walk me through a few things to try, ordered new parts and replaced them myself within 3 days.. $113.00 for the parts. These guys will not lead you astray.

They had everything I needed and were extremely pleasant to deal with. Being a woman, not everyone takes you as seriously hen you walk into a store looking for an air condit. part, but they were a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone!
