I have nothing but good things to say!
Muddy Paws was great, years ago, but then I heard some unfortunate things about them for a while.
But I recently started going there regularly and they changed owners a few months ago. So far, I have had nothing but great service. My dog seems happy to see them and comes out looking (and smelling!) great!

I brought both of my cats here @ 8:30 am and they were not ready till 3:30pm.

when I went to pick them up (after the groomer said they were done) they had

forgotten to give the female her hygiene and trim her nails so I had to wait

longer while they finished the things they forgot. I asked why it took so long

and all i received was some vague answer about bathing dogs first. there was

only 4 dogs on the list before my cats. I asked the lady giving me my cats if she

felt it wasn't fair to my cats having to sit in an unfamiliar place for 5 HOURS

listening to dogs barking and crying all day to which i got a blank stare and No

answer. I called after returning home so that i could speak to a Manager or

the owner and the girl who answered the phone said "let me check if they are in"

and promptly hung up on me. When i took the cats out of their crates, my female

cat was still dirty around the neck area, her nails were unevenly trimmed some

so short it was barely a hair away from the quick. trimming too close can cause

the animal discomfort! The male cat a Bob tail was all hacked up from a supremely

poorly preformed hygiene his once fluffy nub is now reduced to choppy looking stump!

Also his nails were not even trimmed (which the groomer neglected to inform me of)

I went back and asked about his tail and they said he was being aggressive towards them.

my question is why would you fight with him and force him to comply when you should

have simply called and said he was being too difficult to deal with. Instead they

traumatized him to the point where he now is growling and hissing at who ever

tries to pet him and they get too close to his back side.





lets see 5 HOURS in a cage, being miss handled and miss treated

if these were children they would be in jail!!!!



Paid 50 dollars for my 2 cats to be miss treated and not even bathed properly



I suggest not going there until these two ladies are dealt with only god knows

what they might be doing to your animals when you are not there!!!!!
