Dr. Banks is an awesome ob-gyn. She is so professional and has a wonderful bedside manner. I have entrusted her with the care of my daughter. What else can I say?

I live in Fort Worth TX and I'm moving to McKinney so I chose Womens Health here for prenatal care. I scheduled a ultra sound and a apointment to see a doctor two weeks ago. My husband and I rushes around to to get to our apointment leaving an hour and 15 min to make sure we got there on time, of course there was traffic and we were 12 min late. When I walked in a was told that would not be able to have an ultrasound or see my doctor. The ultra sound was cancled because I was late that is thier policy which I was never told about and my doctor had to leave due to an emergency and I could see no one else so my time was wasted. I feel like my time was never considered here and beacuse of my experience I will be looking for a different office for my prenatal care which is what I suggest to anyone who might struggle to get there on time every time and anyone who can't reschedule apointments after they have already arrived at the office.
