We met the owner years ago and was very impressed by her. We refinanced our house and decided to use Alliance. My hubby asked so many questions. She was patient and answered everything. We flip houses and use Alliance on ALL our deals. They are knowledgeable and very friendly. They keep us, as well as our realtor, in the loop on everything! We would not dream of using anyone else!

The seller's agent required we use this company for the sale of the home we purchased. Not only did they drag their feet on processing everything, they sent incorrect wiring information to my lender TWICE. Because of this, the lender sent the funds to the wrong account. This caused an extremely painful closing in which the title company constantly blamed everyone else for the issue, refused to communicate with us (actually emailing the agent asking them to just stop calling the day of the closing) and treated us horribly. My agent had to physically stand in their office requiring them to do their job to make sure we actually received our keys. Please do not use this company as complaints fall on deaf ears and they do not care about their clientele. If I could get away with no stars on this review, I would.
