This was perhaps the worst experience I have had with an interior designer. She readily charged by card over $10, 000 and then did not deliver the products as discussed. She communicated she would take care of the design issues and "make it right." It has been almost 1 year and no such action has occurred. Her failure to perform has cost me many hours in time and money. I might add that time is a premium and money is not the problem. I am more than willing to pay for SERVICES RENDERED. IN THIS CASE, I PAID AND DID NOT RECEIVE THE MERCHANDISE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HER SERVICES OR HER VENDORS IF YOU DESIRE PERFORMANCE AND ACTION. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF ON YOUR OWN. SHE WILL NOT HELP YOU, CALL YOU, RETURN CALLS, RETURN VOICE MAILS....GREAT EXAMPLE OF TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN. I REALLY WONDER HOW OTHERS CAN REFERENCE QUALITY WORK. ABSOLUTELY, WORST EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. NEVER, AGAIN!!!!
