They were able to fix the screen, without any problem. The price was very reasonable, the service was great, and the turn around was the best. Nice job and hopefully.

1-16-17: I was very dissatisfied with the customer service and warranty policy at this store. I had a great experience at Cellphone Fixer in the past, when Tony owned and operated the store, however, now that he is no longer there, I will not be back. :(On January 7th, my 16-year-old son's iphone 6 began shutting off for no reason. He assumed that the battery was going bad but wasn't sure so he took it to Cellphone Fixer, where they replaced the battery for $64.94. The battery worked well for the first 6 days, but by January 13th, less than one week from bringing it to Cellphone Fixer, the phone would not come on AT ALL! My son went back to the store on January 16th and the salesperson stated that the problem must be with the motherboard of the phone and not the battery. He would not allow my son to return the battery nor give a refund or store credit, even though it had only been 9 days since the original repair/purchase. My son came home "bummed" because he paid for the "repairs" with his own money, earned at his part-time job. I called the store to ask about their warranty and refund/exchange policy. The salesperson stated that he verbally explained the store's "no refund" policy to my son at the time of purchase, even though it is not written anywhere on the receipt. He explained that my son took a 50/50 chance when he bought the battery. I was a little taken aback by the salesperson's nonchalant, "Too bad, so sad" tone on the phone. He even said something to the effect that, "$65 is really not a lot of money" and "A 16-year-old is old enough to understand a verbal refund policy." This was a good lesson learned for my son but I hope it doesn't happen to you. Don't take a 50/50 chance with your phone & your money. My advice to anyone having iphone problems is to GO DIRECTLY TO THE APPLE STORE for repairs.

Wow what a fabulous experience all the way around. My daughter's phone was trampled to splinters (that part not so fabulous). The owner explained what he would do to fix it and even tried to refer me to a competitor who could do it faster as he did not have part in stock and would have to order. I chose to wait a week to have it fixed by Cellphone Fixer because I was so impressed with his priority being getting the phone fixed as fast as possible even if it meant going to a competitor. Thank you so much, I will tell everyone I know at every opportunity!

DO they repair i pod touch screens.

Recently went in for my wife's cell phone that she dropped in a bunch of gatorade at a game. We were able to get it fixed here for a very reasonable price and it saved me having to buy a new phone.

Cell Phone Fixers helped me find some accessories and took care of my phone better than the people at the phone store. You won't find better service anywhere. I highly recommend their services.

Nice local phone repair store. The customer service is excellent and the gentleman did a fine work. He repaired any water damage to the phone and restored all my data.

Very helpful, Tony was awesome and fixed my phone. He did a bit more than he originally agreed to and didn't charge me extra for it. Thanks for being so nice.

Great service. Unlocked the cell phone and everything in time for me to give it as a gift for the holidays.

So my kid threw my phone and broke it into three or four pieces, which surprised me considering he isn't even a year old yet, so I took it in to see what could be done. They were able to repair my blackberry, fix the screen, and recover the information for me without any problem. The price was very reasonable, the service was great, and the turn around was the best. Highly recommended because of the customer service that I received. Very polite, listened to my whine and complain about my situation with my stupid Blackberry that I couldn't get to work to save my life, then he took it while I went out shopping. In a couple of hours I came back and he had already fixed it, upgraded the software, and a whole bunch of other stuff I didn't understand. Anyway, I left happy and got a lot done while I was at it.

Cell Phone Fixers did a great job and really fast too. I smashed my phone to pieces after driving off with it still on the hood. They were able to piece it back together and recover the information off of it for me. Really nice job. Thanks!
