Here is an excerpt from an email sent yesterday to Matt at Frisco Custom Cycles/Collin County Choppers. This pretty much sums up my opinion of where things have gone with CCC. Matt does great work, but the business practices seem to be suffering lately.

This is my 5th request in writing in the past 47 days asking for a billing reconciliation and return of the unused funds from my Progressive insurance claim # 13-XXXXXX for which a 2-party check was issued to Scott Chappell and Collin County Choppers for $5983.96.



I have also left several messages on the voice recorder at your place of business.



The message that is given when calls to your business line are not answered states that Collin County Choppers is closed for walk in shop and showroom traffic. The message asks that an email be sent to this address and the message states that the email(s) will be replied to in 24-48 hours.



I have received NO return email, received NO return phone call and it appears that no progress had been made in the 47 days that I have been asking for this situation to be addressed and finalized.



I have made NUMEROUS trips to the shop itself, and most times I find the shop locked and signs posted stating that you are closed to walk in traffic. On the 3 occasions that I was able to speak to you in person, you assured me that you would get this handled asap.



I think I have been more than fair and understanding up to this point, but I have other things on the bike that I need to use the remaining funds to repair. I need the rest of the insurances claim monies to do so.



At the risk of being an "prick"...If I do not get any resolution to this matter, and am not able to have the remaining unused funds returned to me by 4/18/2014....I will contact Progressive Insurance fraud department and let them handle the return of the monies paid on their claim to me and Collin County Choppers for thee repair of my motorcycle as they see fit.







Please Let me know if/when you have a check ready for me to pick up.
