I have been taking my pups to the DogDen for over 20 years. The Dog Den isn’t ritzy, but they are great at grooming and Love the dogs they groom.

My family has been bringing our dogs here for at least 9 years. They always do a great job and my rescues never get scared going.

They do a decent job most of the time. I guess it depends on who is working. My dog has always looked great but this last time, she was still matted and her hair was cut totally uneven in spots. The place is FILTHY!! I brought her in at 7:15AM so she'd be the 1st one done. The lady said, "Let me clean one out (cage) because we left early yesterday and didn't clean them. So I am standing there watching her to see how she is going to disinfect it or clean it. She opened the cage and there was a piece of worn ot astro turf the size of a kitchen towl. She took it out and swung it against the garbage can three times and put it back ijn. What if it had urine from a previos dog? She said, "Ok, it's clean, put her in there." I was mortified. They finally called me at

10:30 AM to come pick her up. Apparantly two bigger dogs came in afetr her and their hair was too long to be put in a cage so they had to cut them down first.. I will NEVER go there again!
