I hired Heritage to do wood floors in the downstairs portion of my home. I was skeptical at first because my wife wanted to do scraped wood. But to my surprise, I love my floors. The quality of craftmanship is outstanding. And the install crew was nice and respected my home. I would definitely use them again.

We highly recommend Heritage Hardwood floors! We weren't sure what specific wood floor was best for our situation and they were extremely knowledgeable about their products. they explained the pros and cons of each. once we made our decision, they scheduled and installed our new wood floors within the week. Our new floors look great!

Heritage did a fantastic job on our water damaged wood floors. After our second flood, Paul recommended using LVT which is vinyl planks that look just like wood. People that have come over love the floors and can’t believe that it is not real wood! They job was done professionally and on time! Great job!

Paul came out and gave us several options for replacing our old worn out laminate flooring. We choose white oak hardwood and couldn't be happier. Replacing floors is a mess, but Paul and his crew put everything back together.. We get comments on our floors all the time. Thanks again Heritage!

We hired Heritage Hardwood floors to install new hand scraped hardwoods throughout the first floor and install carpet upstairs. They installed new baseboards everywhere, moved the furniture and used a dustless sanding machine that worked pretty well. They did not paint the new base but they did recommend someone that did a really good job. They also recommended a counter top guy for us that did a really good job. We are so happy with the work they did for us that I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

These guys are great. I have used them three times and will use them, again. Very professional. They now offer a lifetime service warranty which no else does so that makes me even more comfortable with their work.

About 7 years ago I had wood flooring installed by Heritage Hardwood in McKinney. I had several rooms done (e.g. bedrooms) and asked simply that the flooring color and QUALITY match that of the existing hardwood floors in the entry, living room, etc. I did not know much about the technicalities of wood flooring (different grades, different installation techniques...) and didn't want to risk misstating something so, again, I very explicity asked for the same high-quality as was in the other areas. The person from Heritage showed me some samples and I thought they looked different somehow. He assured me that once installed it would be a good match. Boy was he wrong. The floors installed by Heritage look to be of inferior quality. I've had other workers come in and notice small holes in the wood, etc. I subsequently learned that places like Heritage don't work in truly high-quality product or installation, but that there are some businesses in Dallas that do. Even though I spent many thousands of dollars at Heritage I am often tempted to just eat that expense and have it all re-done, going with a higher quality of flooring and workmanship.
