Watch out for all of the hidden charges and unjustifed costs. They will tell you that these are all standard industry charges, but that is not ture. I found HF to be very unfriendly and inflexible in their service in the simple things like getting a notary to verify a signature and a total lack of custiomer service from the office manager Donna Hayden. If you are listing with Keller Williams they will force you to use HF, as the two are closely aligned and this will be to your disadvantage when you go to close and find yourself without any option and stuck with a bost load of flase charges that amoumt to pure profit for HF. You can definately find a better Title company in Plano that will not take advantage of you.
