WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY STORE MANAGER CODY!!!



Refused to fix a mistake made at the other store. Two employees and the manager at the original location offer to help. Cody refused and has a personal issue with the other store manager Craig. I spoke with Craig and said he would call over to the store I was at to resolve it so I didn't have to drive 45mins to another location. Male store employee answered the phone put manger Craig on hold and told Cody " your favorite person is on the phone" Cody REFUSED TO ANSWER THE OTHER MANAGERS CALL! After waiting in line to return the product like Craig said I could Cody, I front of a store full of customers refused to help again and wouldn't take the product. We are commercial & residential pool builder and Leslie's just lost our business and the referral business of our customers!! Called Corporate Manager Oliver King to alert him of the situation.
