I was very pleased with Precision Pools and Outdoors. I called them at the last minute and was glad that they were able to come out, diagnose the problem, and fix it all in the same day. The employees were professional and hard working. I would recommend this company to my friends and business associates.

I wouldn't recommend at all.



Don't pay them until they are finished! Get everything in writing before they start.





The technician did a very un-professional looking job, took multiple visits to replace the pump, did not bring the correct tools for the job. The pump after it was installed was not level and is sitting directly on the ground. The electrical connection (which is 220v) is not in conduit at the connection to the pump.

The shaft cover was left off, leaving the motor shaft exposed to the weather.

The technician was very hard to get in touch with, so we were left in the dark on if he was coming back to finish.

Once he said the job was complete a leak was noticed at the pump and it took 4 days to get him to come back out to fix the leak.

In order for the pump to be leveled and not be sitting on the ground the whole plumbing section connected to the 2 valves going to the pool and the spa will have to be completely re-plumbed and I will have to put the wiring in the conduit.



I put the wire in the conduit myself, but didn't feel confortable connecting it my self, so paid another contracter to connect the used pump (was told it was refurbished, but could tell it was used by looking at the used capacitor).



The pumped ran another 2 weeks before it burned up. I bought another pump and motor and installed it myself.

The pump burned up after only a month,

I called with a problem that three other companies "did not have time" for and precision pools and outdoors showed up the very next day on time, and had my pool up and going in no time! I highly reccomend them if you want dependable, quality workmanship! They're great!
