My daughter made an appointment for a full hair coloring on Jan 8 and confirmed it with the stylist only to be turned away today at her appointment time.
Tomorrow is her birthday and this was her birthday gift from me to her. She has 3 little girls and works as a nurse odd hours. She had to move mountains to make this appointment and to be told “ sorry we don’t have you on the schedule, not sure what happened “. Later after she got home the owner reached out to offer a free cut and blow dry. Free service isn’t a substitute for integrity and customer service. My family and friends will take our business to a salon that has figured out the basics like scheduling.
