Let me just start by saying I try to be reasonable with stores and their workers but seriously this place should be shut down. They are horrible, unprofessional and have the worst customer service. The store is privately owned so what you see is what you get. If you have a problem there is no higher, corporate office you have to deal with them, so I was told. I have shopped at their store for 3 years and am just now having problems with them. I've bought numerous phones from them and literally bought a new phone cover every time i paid my bill, along with many car chargers , which were crap by the way they break so easy and short. Ive bought several of those two in a short period of time. The store takes payment for Boost mobile ( which was who I started with 3 years ago) and Metro PCS. My husband uses both Metro PCS and Boost mobile. I went in to the store to make his Boost mobile payment and the girl at the counter took the number down wrong it was off by 1 number, the last number. I called maybe 30 mins after i left letting them know what had happened and the girl who is a manager answered the phone and was very rude telling me how they basically couldn't help me. i called back the next day to speak with the owner. Nothing ever was fixed i lost 50.00 end of that part of the story, After that I swore I would never step foot in their store again. In my opinion they should have had to pay that out of pocket since their worker made the mistake. They are a JOKE and a rip off. I will NEVER set foot in their store again I dont care if I have to drive 100 miles just for a car charger. never again will they receive 1 penny of my money. If your smart you will do the same. They are a RIP OFF!! Do not shop here or you are at your own risk and i only gave them a 1 star rating because I had to give them something to post this complaint.
