Don't be FOOLED. The high reviews for this salon are based on past experiences and management. They did a good job before McKinney grew so much. Now, you can barely get in for a scheduled appointment. Manager Kevin is inappropriately rude, another sign they have overgrown in business. BUT, my biggest concern is that I have NEVER seen the tools cleaned. They go from person to person, 7 days a week, hundreds of people back-to-back, without cleaning the tools. Small tears around nails are exposed to infection big time, so GROSS!

Great experience- very quite and relaxing!

Wow...I had such a great experience and highly recommend to those who wants a peaceful, calming, clean, and friendly spa like this one. It has such a serene atmosphere and staffs are well-trained and experience. Its about time there is a nice luxory, but yet affordable spa like Serenity. I highly recommend to those who wants to experience what a "real" dayspa should be.
