Totally enjoyed it here. Great service delicious.

Made a reservation 4 days in advance for a birthday dinner. When we arrived, on-time, the entire waiting area was packed. We told them we were there for our 7:30 reservations and were placed at the bottom of a long waiting list and told it would be an hour or so.

We asked why were we being put at the bottom of the queue with the walk-ins when we had made advance reservations and were actually the second name on the reservation list and were told "We can't please everyone".



Why even take reservations if you are going to overbook by 400%+ We overheard several other exasperated customers, including one who still had not been seated for their 6:15 reservations. This used to be go-to local place for the hibachi-style cooked at the table experience. It's too bad their management and customer service has gotten so poor.

I have been to many Hibachi & Sushi places and this is the BEST place to eat. The atmosphere is wonderful and the Hibachi Chef's are very interactive. If you have never been try it out.
