Spectrum Realty Group took over (since October 2015) City North Apartment's management. The community manager and office staff smoke cigarettes in the resident courtyards for residents to see. Spectrum Realty Group has signed a business relationship with Southwest Auto Tow where they are stealing residents' cars from their reserved parking spots in which residents pay for every month. Spectrum Realty Group has Southwest Auto Tow coming into City North's parking garage late at night looking for cars specifically without these residential permit stickers. They will tow your car and the resident will be stuck with the fees. FYI CITY NORTH RESIDENTS, THIS IS ILLEGAL AND YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO FILE FOR A TOW HEARING AND A STATUTORY VIOLATION LAWSUIT AGAINST THE TOW COMPANY AND CITY NORTH APARTMENTS. Read the Texas Occupations Code and file lawsuits with JP 5-2 in Dallas County. I hope I have helped any other City North resident who has been a victim of this tow scam by Spectrum Realty Group.

After this company tried to evict me TWICE from my apt which they were wrongful evictions both times, hey they then still wanted me to pay the reletting fee to ge out!
