These guys opened the car without authorization and stole my identification. Supposedly you have to pay for the care of your personal items but it was not like that, now nobody gives the face they only say that that was not in the vehicle. Very Rude People. Zero Customer Service

Unlicensed driver rammed the front of my car in my own drive way and dragged it through my property and the neighbors leaving huge marks, broke drive way, and front bumper ripped off and left in the street. Very unprofessional company including the immature front desk clerks.
