The service with Your Little P...

The service was absolutely horrible. Once the pictures were taken, it was a battle just to get in touch with them to tell them what pictures we wanted to order. They have a phone number but they never answer their phone. So we sent them an email and it took them several days to get back to us.



Once the order was finally in, they told us it would take ten days to get our pictures. About two and a half weeks later, we still didn't have our pictures. So my wife called them and they made excuse after excuse. They said it could be taking longer for the mail because of the holiday weekend. We explained to them that we were supposed to have the pictures three business days BEFORE the holiday weekend.



This call took place on a Tuesday. They then said if we didn't get the pictures by that Thursday, we should call back and ask them about it again. We were obviously unhappy with that answer so they reluctantly agreed to call the printers that day and get back to us.



They never got back to us. So I called them on Friday, three days later. I called repeatedly over the course of several hours, during their stated business hours, and all I could ever get was voice mail. So I left an angry message explaining the situation. A few hours later they finally called me back. Francis, the woman on the phone, right away had an attitude. She gave the impression that it was just ridiculous that I expected them to live up to the promises they made. Then she told me that she had informed my wife on Tuesday that the pictures were already in the mail.



THAT WAS LIE NUMBER ONE.



I told her that my wife was never told that and she changed her story. She then said she called the printers and found out that the pictures were already in the mail.



THAT WAS LIE NUMBER TWO.



She said the reason she didn't call us back to tell us the pictures were in the mail was because she figured we'd get them in the mail in a few days anyway so why bother us with another phone call. She then said if I didn't have the pictures by Tuesday I should call back. I asked if she had a tracking number and she said she did but they don't give the tracking numbers to customers.



LIE NUMBER THREE.



We finally got the pictures on Saturday and the tracking number was on the box, something I'm sure Francis didn't anticipate. So I looked up the tracking number. The reason she didn't give me a tracking number was because she didn't have one yet. The pictures weren't even mailed until Friday evening, the day I called and demanded to know where the pictures were. So OBVIOUSLY the pictures weren't in the mail when my wife called, like we were told.



They weren't mailed to us until a full week and a half after they said we'd have them and I have to wonder if they'd ever have been mailed if we hadn't called and emailed them so much asking why they hadn't fulfilled their service yet. Oh, but they sure deposited the check as soon as we put in the order.



I would NEVER use these people again and we sure won't be getting the three month, six month, or one year pictures from them. I sure would never recommend them to anyone.
