I think this travel agency is one of the worst travel agencies I have ever dealt with. I was dealing with an Agent called "Sisira". He seems to be a person who has no idea about customer service or has any care that I want to buy the ticket. Also he looks like a person who does not care about his customers time or value.



I tried purchasing a ticket recently and this place seems to give me the run around. Every time I call this agent he seems to not know any details about the terms and conditions of the tickets(since its special rates ticket ) and every time he told me that he will get back to me and would never get back to me. Even after repeated calls, leaving the phone number and leaving the email address he would never ever get back to me. Sometime he would not even answer the phone and I left several voice mails asking him to get back to me which he never did. At the end I just gave up on this travel agency and bought the ticket for a cheaper price from another travel agency.



So if you value your time and money, never ever use this travel agency. This place seem to be run by travel agents who has no sense of customer service.
