Provided by YPmobileWe ordered shirts for our soccer teams. The design was great. But the shirts had ink stains that did not wash out. The shirts were MUCH SHORTER than described.
Dealing with customer service was a pain. They were not very willing to make the order right. Had to deal with several people to finally get a little satisfaction.
We will see if they are able and willing to correct our order.
Will NEVER order from here again!!!

Provided by YP.comI created a yp account to specifically write this review. I've had the worst experience with CustomInk. I have ordered in the past and everything went fine, but this order, due to it's high quantity Im guessing?, proved too much for CustomInk. First, I was told everything was possible to create my 2500+ hat order. Then I was called and told they did not have enough in the color I needed, so I hesitantly split between two colors. The following days I was told that there was not enough of the 2nd color so I was forced to split between 3 colors. (due to timing, I very unfortunately could not cancel my order). To top it off, they could no longer send on the date I needed by and instead sent 40 boxes (30 more than my small office could handle- this was another discussion I had where I was mislead. The hats should have been able to ship in 10-15 boxes) a day late. Very frustrating and awful experience.

Provided by YP.comI loved how I could custom the shirt online. I was helpful and easy to do. Also how well the shirts turned out. Everyone was happy of the outcome and the shirts look everything but cheap. Getting my shirts ahead of time was also a great thing. I loved everything that you guys did. I will spread the word about customink and order from you guys again. Thank you so much for the great effort and everything you guys did to make it a great shirt.

Provided by YP.comMy initial order was fine. T-shirts came out well, price was fair for a couple hundred shirts. They wanted to charge me almost $20 per shirt on my re-order. Won't use them again -- they're not that special.
We’re sorry you were disappointed in the pricing of your potential reorder. We strive to give fair, all-inclusive pricing to every customer. Our pricing, even for reorders, is based on the quantity ordered. This is why we would quote you more per piece for a much smaller reorder.

I did the ordering over the phone and that was just as great as using the website. The people who help you out are so nice and will help you out any way they can. Delivery is also fast! I recommend Customink.com 100%!

Provided by YP.comI got the shirts for a Suicide Prevention walk in memory of my brother. The shirts we got for it were extremely important to us. We were thrilled with how they turned out, and how quickly we received them. It was nice to be able to check the status on a daily basis through the link that was provided. If we ever have a need again we will use CustomInk again.

Provided by YP.comThe service provided by custom ink was outstanding, shirts were made and shipped very quick. one minor thing was the number appered to be "krinkeled" I think by not making sure the shirt was flat. But I am very satisfied and will use custom ink again

Provided by YP.comA very discouraging product was delivered to my home in a timely manner. I bought some $300 worth of hats for a non-profit and the hat quality is horrible. Hats are cheap plastic with poor bills that do not retain shape. Hats are also uncomfortable on head within 30 minutes of wearing them.
I can only assume other products are backed with such empty promises.
At about $7 a hat it was a rather expensive mistake. I contact Customer Service and stated that I was dismayed with the quality. I talked honestly and openly, but without inappropriate tone or diction. Customer Service simply said "too bad", but we'll give you a $25 voucher.
Poor quality product and service. This rates as one of the poorest online experiences I've ever had.
DO NOT BUY! DO NOT TRUST!
The Golden Rule is one our core values at CustomInk. In this case, we clearly didn't live up to this standard. But we're fixing the problem. We've spoken to Lechroy and apologized to him. Apologized not only for the poor finished products, but also for our inadequate response to his dissatisfaction. To prevent this from happening to anyone else, we're making some changes. First, the Golden Rule. We've retrained the involved representatives to make sure we're more responsive, both in timeliness and quality, to all customer concerns. Second, we've clarified this particular item's product description by including more detailed product photos and by revising the its description to indicate that it's intended for budget/promotional uses like trade show giveaways. Happily, Lechroy says he will continue to do business with CustomInk. He is already planning his next custom t-shirt order. I'm sorry for his negative initial experience with us but am pleased to know he's giving us a second chance to earn his business. I'm confident this time that we'll knock his socks off!

Provided by YP.comI called Custom ink 4 times in two days and no one answers the phone. I see so many good reviews but why can't I get a human being to pick up the phone. I only needed 50 shirts for a family picnic maybe they only service bigger invoices.
TanNice, I apologize for the recent difficulty you had in reaching us. We understand that calling for design help or to place an order should be quick and hassle-free. That's why our goal is to answer your call on the first ring. Unfortunately, over the past few weeks this spring we haven't lived up to this standard, mostly due to call volume that was much higher than anticipated. While it's encouraging to have so many people trusting us with their t-shirt printing, we're not satisfied unless we're answering your calls on the first ring. To address this, we're staffing up. Training takes a few weeks so the impact won't be felt immediately. But we're making progress. A new group of reps just completed training and started taking calls today (June 30th). Plus another group of reps is in training and will be available to help you in a couple of weeks. We'll continue adding and training new team members until we're regularly answering your calls on the first ring again.
