Today was my first experience at NOVA firearms, and the actions of the cooperative staff was overshadowed by the rude and dismissive behavior of the owner.



A friend and I came into the shop and I was looking for a specific type of firearm. The young guy that we talked to was cooperative and friendly, indulging our interest in the variety of rifles etc around the shop. I was seconds away from buying an M&P .40 from them and wanted to see how the how the handgun tore down when the owner shot a sideways glance and said "we don't do that here".



That's fair enough, it's his store - but I will not buy something that I'm not allowed to see how it's serviced.



For at $450 sale, I would think the owner would have at least had the courtesy of explaining why they had such a policy. I came out of the store thinking "that guy is a jerk", which means will will definitely not go back.
