For more than 25 years, QSM has been one of the industry leaders in software estimation, project tracking and control and software metrics analysis. The QSM database is the cornerstone of the company. It uses metrics collected from more than 7,200 completed projects to keep its products current. Based in McLean, Va., QSM updates the database every 12 to 18 months.
