I had a 3/4 hours pump in the well for 18 years, the pump shaft striped, I called Howell’s they said he would get some out there in about a hour. 45 min later they were working on the pump. It took about 4 hours to get the pump up and out it kept getting stuck on the way up come to find out their was a wade of rope on the top of the well that kept stopping them from pulling the pump up.There was a crack in the pvc pipe at the pump head they thought that was the problem so down the hole the pump went to find out that it was still broken. The next morning they came back and put a new pump and pipe down the well. After everything was done they said we aren’t going to change you for the 4 hours the day before, so with that little bit of kindness I had the money to up grab to a 1 hours pump. Thank you Pat
