Do not use this company. My truck wouldn't start so our roadside assistance send them out. A guy in a pickup shows up with a jumper box ( I know not technical name) and it won't start. I told him it wouldn't work as I had an issue 3 weeks ago and the guy then had to jump with his wrecker. Anyway the guy then informs me he has no jumper cables and he could jump me anyway as his "battery is too old". So call the company and happen to get his supervisor is tells me he is on his way and assured me he will take care if the situation. We chat I fill him in on what has happened we agree to tow to dealership. U confirm he has my phone number incase there are issues and he tells my daughter and I to go ahead and leave he will meet us there. He never shows and i get a call from roadside assistance telling me that he can't tow me and that he has left the scene. I left my keys with him so now I'm having to call pro wrecker to find out what he did with my keys. NEVER, NEVER again will I use or allow our roadside assistance to send this worthless company out to help me with a vehicle.

do not use this place...they say will take a card but will not! Over charging and rude..watch out will also charge you milage to come and get you! wish i could give them a 0 rating, but i will put 1 star so others can see this.
