I have been coming hear for years and think these folks truely care about what my needs are. Every time i come in I am greeted immediately. If there is a problem they have the solution. Thank you Copy Cats for all you offer and do.

When paying for my purchase, I asked if they accept a particular discount card that is extremely popular in our town. The guy turned his back and started walking away from me. I was trying to informed him that he could advertise for 100% free to our members. He quite rudely already turned his back on a me, a paying customer, and walked away as I was talking to him, and the he turned back, pointed to the door and rudely stated "There's no soliciting here. There is a sign on our door."I'm a customer, not a solicitor. I'm 43 years old, and this is the rudest that a business has ever treated me. I personally will never bring my business to Copy Cats again, and I intend to inform the thousands of people in our network to never go in there again as well, otherwise they may receive the same treatment. I will make sure that our network of thousands of buyers (and growing) have a local print shop that offers better prices and has better customer service. And then I will recommend the shop to our thousands of members, knowing that they will be treated well. There is no reason for us to frequent a shop in which we are obviously not welcome. I feel that perhaps I was judged and under estimated by this shop because my purchase was very small that day. I just needed a couple of quick copies. However, I run 3 businesses, including a non-profit that in the past has spent much at this shop. Copy Cats, this treatment was dismal and insulting.
