My son spent one day in this god awful facility. He was sent home with dry vomit on his shirt and two bite marks that I was not directly notified about as well as a mark on his cheek which has not been explained. I had to text Kim and ask how my son was doing and was told at that time he had been bitten. They were also unprofessional enough to tell me which child bit him which is a childcare no no. You never disclose what child harms another child to protect both children in the situation. I was also told that he was a repeat offender and when I asked what precautions were being taken I was ignored. I was told these things just happen. I have worked in childcare for ten years and one bite I undertand but not twice in the same day by the same child. The even confirmed that the bites were unprovoked. If you love your children find another daycare provider. I feel it is my duty as a parent to post this so others do not have the same experience. I have never actually left a bad review for anything but this I felt was worth the effort.
