For my first time at this clinic they were very friendly and treated me decently location is very convenient for me seeing that I live behind the whole strip mall.

Fine eye treatment, dishonest business practice.

When i checked in with the receptionist i asked her to confirm my insurance coverage before going in for my appointment. She did and informed me i was covered. Imagine my shock when later they sent me a bill in full and explained that my insurance did not cover me. Now i know to do my own checking first but shame on McMinnville vision clinic for not acknowledging the mistake of the receptionist or trying to keep long term customers. I can only hope they take their business to Portland as I like small town businesses which dont handle people through bureaucracy and and dishonest business.

When I was welcomed in by the great staff at McMinnville Vision Clinic I felt right at home. The Staff has become like family to my family. We love coming and having our eyes checked every year. The best part is the Vision Therapy that is provided at the office for my children and we dont have to drive all the way to portland. Its a great office with a great Dr. we truly love coming to McMinnville Vision Clinic and would recamend it to anyone who is looking to have there eyes checked or has any concerns with there eyes.
