Hateful people running the place. They will tack on charges and you can't get your things. I was getting my things out very early in the month. I wrote them a ck and prorated it. They locked me out then made me pay for the entire month and a 20 late fee!!!! I put a note on the ck that was paid on time saying I was leaving early and if it was a problem with me prorating the payment to give me a call. I have a real problem with them charging me 20 late fee when it was pd on time.
They told me they didn't have time to call. Of course I had some choice words. I would NEVER store there again!!!!!
